The operating condition of cement industry is quite tough which includes shock/heavy loads, extreme temperature, and the high density of airborne cement dust. Cement manufacture causes environmental impacts at all stages of the process. These include emissions of airborne pollution in the form of dust, gases, noise and vibration when operating machinery and during blasting in quarries, and damage to countryside from quarrying. A cement manufacturing plant usually occupies a vast area and uses a wide range of equipment such as conveyor systems from quarries to cement mill and cement mill to harbor, ball/rod mills, kilns, crushers, bucket elevators, and haul trucks. The need for automatic grease lubricator in cement industry is greater but slightly less than mining industry.
