The Pulsarlube MS & MSP Series 125, 250, 500
The Pulsarlube MS electromechanical automatic grease lubricator is designed to operate in synchronization with the equipment on which it is installed. As long as the equipment is operating, the Pulsarlube MS will dispense the preset amount of lubricant so that any loss or waste of lubricant can be prevented. If the equipment is not operating, then the Pulsarlube MS goes into "stand-by mode" and does not dispense lubricant until the machine goes back into operation.
The Pulsarlube MSP electromechanical automatic grease lubricator is designed to operate in synchronization with the equipment on which it is installed. As long as the equipment is operating, the Pulsarlube MSP will dispense the preset amount of lubricant so that any loss or waste of lubricant can be prevented. Unlike the Pulsarlube MS, this product is a machine synchronized, externally powered unit and the power supply connected to the machine or PLC powers the unit. It is not necessary to replace the battery pack in the unit up to 5 years but the grease pouch should still be replaced after completion of each lubrication cycle set.125 ml250 ml500 ml

The MS and MSP units both synchronize to machinery but are engineered differently in order to meet customer's specifications for their equipment.
MS : Uses a battery pack as its power source. MS+Relay Box+Service Pack
MSP : Uses external power as its power source. MSP+Relay Adapter(VAC or VDC)+Service Pack
* A battery pack is still included and used for backup power but does not need to be replaced for an extended period of time (up to 5 years).
* OL500 is also available for MSP feature.
